Central Da Nang city has approved the investment policy and selected FTZ KITA Trung Nam Co., Ltd. as the investor for an infrastructure development and business project at Functional Zone No. 6 of the Da Nang Free Trade Zone (FTZ), according to the city's People’s Committee.

The project aims to develop and operate infrastructure, lease serviced land and provide commercial and service facilities within the FTZ.

Covering approximately 154 ha in Ba Na Commune, the project has a total investment of more than VND3.354 trillion (approximately $128 million). The investor will contribute VND800 billion, with the remaining VND2.554 trillion to be mobilised from other sources.

The project will operate for 70 years from the date the State issues its land lease decision.

The entire project is scheduled for completion no later than the fourth quarter of 2029.

The Da Nang Free Trade Zone covers approximately 1,881 ha across seven designated functional locations. With the latest approval, five of the seven locations now have investors, marking further progress in developing the city’s free trade zone infrastructure.
