Bac Lieu offshore wind farm preparing for generation

The installation of all nine turbines in the first phase of the 40.5-MW Kosy Bac Lieu offshore wind farm in the Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu was completed on September 28. Subsequent tasks are now being carried out, with generation to begin before October 31.
