Businesses in the north offered 41,282 jobs through a job transaction session which was held both online and offline in Hanoi on July 25.

The session was co-organized by the Employment Services Centers of Hanoi and five northern localities, including Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Bac Kan and Ninh Binh.

It connected job seekers with 117 enterprises which have high recruitment demand.

Bac Giang offered the largest number of positions (31,600), followed by Ninh Binh (4,069), Thai Nguyen (3,820), and Hanoi (1,096).

Fields with major demand for workers include electronics, production and manufacturing and garments and textiles.

The session aimed to help companies recover production and business through finding the necessary workers while supporting laborers to find appropriate jobs.

The Hanoi Employment Services Center plans to organize 25 job transaction sessions in July.
