Victory Giant Technology Co., Ltd., a Vietnamese subsidiary of the Chinese chipmaker Victory Giant Technology Group, has received a license to build a factory specializing in researching, developing, producing, and trading of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The project will have an investment capital of $260 million.

Printed circuit boards are essential components of electronic devices, connecting electronic components together via conductive pathways printed on an insulating material.

The factory is expected to begin trial operations between July and September 2026. Upon official operation in October 2026, it plans to hire approximately 2,300 workers, including staff and specialists.

The project is located in the VSIP Bac Ninh 2 Industrial Park in Bac Ninh province, covering an area of 103,626 sq.m. Both parties have signed a land lease agreement.
