According to a conslusion made by Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province in southern Vietnam, Mr. Vo Tan Duc, at his working session with relevant local departments, agencies, and investors on October 9, construction of three key industrial park projects in the province will simultaneously start on December 19.
The three projects are Long Duc 3, Bau Can - Tan Hiep (phase 1), and Xuan Que - Song Nhan (phase 1).
According to a reort from the Provincial Land Development Center, the Xuan Que - Song Nhan industrial park project has completed 100% of land measurement, but could not proceed with pricing and compensation plans due to the lack of specific land prices. Similarly, the Bau Can - Tan Hiep project could not move forward, for the same reason.
For the Long Duc 3 industrial park project, the Provincial Land Development Center had transferred compensation funds to Dong Nai Rubber Company, but the latter has not yet accepted the payment.
At the working session, investors requested the provincial government to expedite land measurement, verify land origins, and determine specific land prices as a basis for compensation in order to improve the current state
Additionally, they have urged the Provincial Land Development Center, local authorities, and related units to quickly appraise, approve compensation plans, and expedite the process of reclaiming land managed by Dong Nai Rubber Company, as well as accelerate the procedures for reclaiming land from local residents.
Concluding the working session, the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee requested all parties concerned closely coordinate, resolve obstacles, and hand over the site on time to ensure the ground-breaking on the three projects take place by the scheduled date.
