The People’s Council of Da Nang city in central Vietnam has approved planning for a 339-hectare tourism site along National Highway 14G in Hoa Vang commune.
The project will be developed into a high-quality resort complex linked with popular tourism destinations in the city’s western region.
The site will feature multiple functional zones, including a luxury resort area, a community-based ecotourism section offering ecological and outdoor experiences, a water recreation area, and various public facilities.
Da Nang’s tourism industry continues to grow strongly, with revenue in the first seven months of 2025 reaching over VND2.74 trillion ($104 million), up 19.7% year-on-year.
