The approved investor is WHA Industrial Development International (SG) Pte. Ltd..

The project covers an area of 400 hectares, located in the two communes of Thang Binh and Dong Duong, with a total investment capital of more than VND2.7 trillion ($105 million).

Of this, the investor contributes VND459.24 billion, accounting for 16.95%, while the mobilized capital is nearly VND2,25 trillion, making up 83.05%.

The project has an operational term of 50 years, starting from the date the State decides to lease the land or change the land use purpose.

According to the plan, the investment preparation phase is expected to take place from the fourth quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2027. The land clearance and handover process will be conducted from the fourth quarter of 2026 to the first quarter of 2031, following the progress of each construction phase of the project.

The project is divided into two construction phases: Phase 1 will cover an area of 200 hectares, expected to be implemented from the fourth quarter of 2027 to the fourth quarter of 2030. Phase 2 will cover the remaining 200 hectares, from the first quarter of 2031 to the first quarter of 2034.

The basic construction period, including the operation, exploitation, and management of the project, is projected to last 72 months from the date the land is handed over by the State.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has tasked the Management Board of the Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, along with relevant agencies, units, and localities, to coordinate in monitoring, inspecting, and supervising the project's implementation, ensuring compliance with the approved planning and legal regulations.

Additionally, the city requires the investor to adhere to regulations on investment, land, construction, environmental protection, and real estate business. Notably, the project must allocate land for building worker accommodation and public service facilities to serve the workforce according to the approved plan.
