Demand for office rentals on the rise

Many foreign businesses still hope to expand their operations or open new offices in Vietnam. In the first few months of 2022, about 8,500 new foreign enterprises were established in the country, with the office rental market becoming increasingly active as a result. Office buildings in the central areas of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi always remain attractive.
