Dong Nai Province in southern Vietnam has approved a plan for the investment and construction of resettlement areas for the 2026–2030 period, with a roadmap divided into four phases.

Under the plan, the province expects to implement 13 areas (covering 174.71 ha) in 2025, and 30 areas (414.45 ha) in 2026. Then, during the 2027–2028 period, the province will build 24 areas more (with a scale of 999.78 ha), and in the 2029–2030 period, other 22 resettlement areas (324.68 ha) will be developed.

The total estimated investment cost is approximately VND10.3 trillion  ($392.4 million).
