The Hanoi Industrial Products Fair kicked off on September 20 in in the capital city, showcasing a diverse range of products in information technology, electrical and electronic goods, pharmaceuticals, medical care, manufacturing, and supporting industries.
The fair features 110 booths with exhibits from businesses located in Hanoi’s industrial parks and their counterparts.
Organized by the Hanoi Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority, the event aims to promote investment and trade activities. It provides a platform for local enterprises to market their industrial products and encourages cooperation between enterprises inside and outside the industrial zones.
Hanoi is currently home to 10 active industrial parks, attracting 726 projects, with a total registered capital of over $9.1 billion, including 306 foreign direct investment projects worth over $7.2 billion.
Investors come from 27 countries and territories, including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong (China), and South Korea, among others.
The fair runs until September 22.
