These are Bien Hoa - Vung Tau, Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh, Chi Thanh - Van Phong, Can Tho - Hau Giang, and Hau Giang - Ca Mau expressways.
The Minister also requested relevant departments and agencies to intensify efforts and mobilize resources to commence other key projects before December 19, 2025.
He noted that the public investment disbursement rate remains low, at 53.1%, lagging behind the yearly target.
The Vietnam Road Administration was instructedd to closely coordinate, guide, and resolve obstacles to accelerate expressway projects.
Regarding the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project, the Minister noted that the investment policy has been approved, and standards and regulations have been supplemented. Based on the approved special mechanisms, the investor must proceed with parallel steps.
