The Department of Planning and Investment in the northern port city of Hai Phong has invited investors to implement a project building a new urban area in Duong Kinh and Kien Thuy districts.
The project has an estimated total cost of over VND21.6 trillion ($915 million).
The urban area will cover a total of 240.6 ha housing an estimated 48,000 people.
Total area for housing construction will be 69.4 ha, with the remainder used to build commercial and services facilities, public areas, and schools.
The road network connecting internal and surrounding areas will cover a total of 878,813 sq m. The project’s traffic axes will be invested in and built in line with the city’s approved traffic plans.
Interested investors are asked to submit project implementation registration dossiers on the national bidding network system.
