The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction is providing online services for 22 administrative procedures, to create better conditions for businesses and individuals.
Of the total, 17 procedures are conducted fully online, covering building materials, construction activities, and construction testing. Five others, in technical infrastructure, the realty business, and building material testing, are conducted partially online.

This is part of the department’s efforts to implement the city’s digital transformation program in 2023, promote transparency, and raise the city's socio-economic development, Department Director Tran Hoang Quan told a recent press briefing.
Stakeholders are now able to carry out the necessary administrative procedures without visiting government offices, helping them save time and travel costs, he said, adding that they can also keep track of the status of their dossiers.
