Vietnam expected to master at least four strategic technologies in the 2026–2030 period.

The international carbon market will see significant changes under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement that call for detailed and thorough preparations.

The park will focus on high-tech activities in line with Vietnam’s national high-tech development policies.

Issued in April, Decree No. 112 makes possible the international exchange of greenhouse gas emissions and carbon credits.

The project has an installed capacity of 14 MW, generating approximately 45 million kWh of electricity annually.

The project is expected to provide a foundation for completing one of Vietnam's key strategic seaports while supporting the development of a major logistics hub in central Vietnam.
