Despite ongoing fluctuations, real estate in Hanoi, particularly high-end properties, remains a reliable investment and familiar cash haven for savvy investors.

In his recent interview with the Vietnam Government Portal (VGP), UK Ambassador to Vietnam Iain Frew affirmed that the agreement will help to liberalize trade and investment between UK and Vietnam as well as between the UK and the rest of the CPTPP members.

They are part of a detailed plan for Vietnam's seaports, wharves, buoys, and maritime areas for 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

During its two-day meeting , the Party Central Committee unanimously approved proposals to revise the socio-economic development plans for 2025, aiming for a growth rate of at least 8%, with double-digit expansion expected from 2026 to 2030.

This investment signals a promising area for future cooperation between the two nations.
