The Ministry of Justice will hold the Business and Law Forum 2024 on October 9, both in-person and online. The forum virtually connects with 63 cities and provinces nationwide.

Aligned with the Politburo's Resolution No 41-NQ/TW on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new era and the Government's Resolution No 66/NQ-CP, oulining the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No 41-NQ/TW, the forum aims to gather feedback from the business community and identify legal obstacles hindering investment, production, and business operations. It will propose solutions to address these challenges and create a favorable environment for enterprises.

This is the second edition of the Business and Law Forum, part of the Inter-sectoral Legal Support Program for small and medium-sized enterprises (2021-2025).

The theme of this year's forum is "Joining Hands to Remove Difficulties and Legal Obstacles, Creating a Favorable Business Investment Environment for Enterprises."

The event will focus on two key issues: legal obstacles related to investment project land procedures and processes, and legal obstacles related to taxes.

This event coincides with Vietnamese Entrepreneur Day (October 13) and Vietnamese Law Day (November 9).
