The Mitsubishi Xpander topped the October best-selling list in Vietnam with 2,131 units sold, according to the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers' Association (VAMA).
It was followed by Mazda CX-5, with 2,009 units; Ford Ranger 1,881; Toyota Vios 1,757; Honda City 1670; Toyota Yaris Cross 1,510; Mitsubishi Xforce 1,481; Hyundai Accent 1,425; Toyota Corolla Cross 1,420; and Ford Everest 1,281.
As a result, the Mitsubishi Xpander has topped the list in two consecutive months, since September.
VAMA members sold 38,761 units in total during October, up 52.78% year-on-year.
Of which, 21,113 were domestically manufactured and assembled vehicles, up 8% month-on-month, while imported ones accounted for 17,648 units, surging 3% month-on-month.
The total number of vehicles sold in the first ten months of the year reached 264,344, a year-on-year increase of 12.3%.
