Phạm Vinh

The Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC) has set a target that, by 2025, Vietnam’s e-government index, as ranked by the UN, will be among the four leading countries in ASEAN. Vietnam is also to have a safety and security index in the global network that is among the top 40 countries. The proportion of the digital economy in GDP is to reach 20 per cent, with the proportion of the digital economy in each industry and field to reach at least 10 per cent. By 2030, the construction of a digital government is to be completed.
