Nam Dinh to build $64.7 industrial park

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has signed a Prime Ministerial decision, approving the investment orientation for the infrastructure development project of Trung Thanh Industrial Park in northern Nam Dinh province.

Under the Decision No 1245/QD-TTg, Nam Dinh Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was granted the right to invest in the project which covers 200 ha in Trung and Yen Thanh communes, Y Yen district.

The project has total investment of over VND1.65 trillion ($64.7 million), with the investor contributing VND250 billion (nearly $9.8 million).

The project's operating term is 50 years from the date of approval.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment is responsible for assessing the project's investment orientation and managing the industrial zone in accordance with relevant laws.

Nam Dinh province's People's Committee must ensure the accuracy of reported information, data, and appraisal content, and the project's conformity with approved planning.
