Central Nghe An province recorded export revenue of over $3.2 billion in the first nine months of 2025, a year-on-year increase of 40%, according to local authorities.
Exports remain a key growth driver, helping the province achieve a gross regional domestic product (GRDP) growth rate of 8.61% during the period.
Meanwhile, Nghe An attracted more than VND33.8 trillion ($1.27 billion) in registered foreign direct investment (FDI) capital, including 55 new projects worth over VND11.27 trillion ($425 million).
The province also saw the establishment of 2,452 new enterprises with total registered capital exceeding VND29.6 trillion ($1.11 billion) in the nine-month period.
