Passenger & freight transport up significantly in October

A report from the General Statistics Office (GSO) shows that transportation activities in the first ten months of 2022 grew solidly, in terms of both passenger and freight transport. Passenger transport was estimated at 3.08 billion passengers, an increase of 44.9 per cent over the same period last year, while freight transport was estimated at 1.6 billion tons, an increase of 23.7 per cent.
