PM asks to complete Ring Road No.4 section through Bac Ninh province by the end of 2025

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has asked authorities of northern Bac Ninh province and the investor of the Ring Road No.4 – Capital Region to strive to complete the project’s section crossing the province by the end of 2025.

The Government leader made the request while examining the construction site of the project in Bac Ninh on September 22, during his working sessions with the province.

The Ring Road No.4 – Capital Region runs through Hanoi, northern Hung Yen province and Bac Ninh province with a total length of 112.8 km. Total investment capital of the first phase is estimated at VND85.8 trillion ($3.46 billion).

The construction of the project began in June, 2023.

The section through Bac Ninh province is 35.3 km long. Its construction cost is estimated at over VND5.27 trillion ($213 million).

Bac Ninh has completed nearly 98% of the land clearance. The province is implementing nine out of 11 resettlement areas, aiming to relocate affected households starting December 2024 and to complete this process by the first quarter of next year.

The relocation of technical infrastructure works is progressing, with completion set for early 2025.
