Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has directed the Mekong Delta’s Can Tho city to mobilize all possible resources to successfully implement its master plan for the 2021-2030 period and vision to 2050.

Addressing a conference on announcing the city’s master plan and investment promotions on December 10, Prime Minister Chinh said the biggest issue in implementing the plan is resources, including internal and external resources and resources from infrastructure development, from public-private partnerships (PPPs), from procedural reform, and from solidarity.
