Central Quang Binh province will roll out the red carpet for investors in economic zones, industrial parks, and industrial clusters, and urban and coastal areas, according to the provincial Department of Planning and Investment.
The province boasts potential and advantages in eco-tourism, renewable energy, high-tech agriculture, logistics, commercial services, and environmentally-friendly industry, with its high-quality human resources, Deputy Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee Phan Manh Hung told a recent meeting with representatives from Vietnam’s trade promotion agencies abroad.
Quang Binh wants foreign enterprises and investors to seek investment opportunities in the province and provincial leaders will create favorable conditions for them to conduct business, he said.
There are 27 FDI projects in Quang Binh at present with total registered investment capital of over $1.12 billion. Nineteen projects have been put into operation. Most of the projects are in the fields of renewable energy, construction material production, and animal husbandry.
