The People's Committee of Quang Tri province in central Vietnam has officially approved the investment policy for the Nam Song Vinh Phuoc Residential Area Project in Ai Tu Commune.

The project's total investment is estimated at VND1,318 billion (approximately $49.86 million). The project will select an investor through open bidding, ensuring transparency and compliance with the Bidding Law and other relevant investment regulations.

The Nam Song Vinh Phuoc Residential Area is planned on an area of approximately 43.52 ha, situated in a prime location. It is bordered by the Vinh Phuoc River to the North, a planned road and the Ai Tu Lake ecological tourist area to the South, Hung Vuong Road to the East, and production forest land to the West.

According to the plan, the project will comprise diverse functional zones: land plots for sale, semi-detached houses, villas, commercial and service land, and social infrastructure land (including schools, medical facilities, and cultural-sports complexes).

This structure is designed to develop a modern urban area with synchronized technical and social infrastructure, serving residential, recreational, and commercial needs in the central Ai Tu area.

The project is scheduled for implementation between 2026 and 2030.
