Rubber exports hit by quarantining

While demand for rubber imports has been increasing in major markets, Vietnam’s rubber exports in August were affected by businesses in quarantined areas suspending production or workers being unable to reach processing factories. Exports fell 12.3 per cent in volume and 13.2 per cent in value in the first half of the month.
