Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) has been certified as a Great Place To Work in 2023 by Great Place to Work® (GPTW) - the global authority on workplace culture.
Standard Chartered Vietnam’s certification as a Great Place to Work is testament to its efforts in creating a unique workplace and culture that embraces diversity and inclusion. The Bank’s employees are encouraged to share different views and opinions and give constructive challenges regardless of age, gender, nationality/ethnicity, disability, or sexual orientation, etc.
According to the survey results, 94 per cent of Standard Chartered Vietnam’s employees feel good about the ways they contribute to the community and are treated fairly. Ninety-three per cent feel welcome when joining the Bank, as they are given the freedom and accountability to make a real difference to the work they do, challenge where things could be better, and find new opportunities for innovation.

In order help its employees ensure that they meet the expectations and evolving needs of the Bank’s clients and stakeholders, Standard Chartered has launched a series of learning courses focusing on future workforce transformation. These courses will equip all staff with the skills and capabilities to not only meet tomorrow’s challenges but also to capitalize on opportunities and overcome obstacles as yet unimagined during this significantly evolving digital and fast-moving era.
