The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has approved a plan to implement the master plan on supporting student startups nationwide to 2025.
The master plan is aimed at equipping students with startup knowledge and skills to help them become more confident, proactive, and creative in startups as well as find employment after graduation.
It will also improve capacity at vocational training establishments in training and supporting startups and job generation for students.
Students will be provided the conditions to realize their startup ideas and projects.
A series of activities will be held this year to help students, including workshops and conferences on startups, connecting businesses and investors with students, the national startup festival for students, and a contest for students’ startup ideas.
The ministry has asked vocational training establishments to proactively allocate capital to help student startups.
