At a working session with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on May 11, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung underlined that the 14th National Party Congress identified promoting foreign affairs and international integration as a “regular and key task”, reflecting a major shift in strategic thinking and the Party’s high regard for diplomacy.

“The Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress embodies the wisdom, will and aspiration to rise of the entire nation. The value of the resolution can only be fully affirmed when it is implemented through decisive, coordinated and effective action,” Party General Secretary and State President To Lam told the press.

For synchronous implementation, the focus must be on resolving growth bottlenecks and "chokepoints" while stimulating drivers with high spillover effects across the entire economy.

Each ministry, sector, locality, buiness group, general corporation, private enterprise, and FDI enterprise strives to have at least 2 projects or works eligible for inauguration or groundbreaking.
