The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued a Decision on September 30 on the application of temporary anti-dumping measures on a number of table and chair products imported from China, with a tax rate of 35.2 per cent imposed on tables and 21.4 per cent on chairs.
On September 7, the US Department of Commerce (DoC) issued the final conclusion from the 18th anti-dumping tax administrative review (POR18) for the period from August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021 on Vietnamese pangasius. At the request of the parties concerned, DoC has maintained the current anti-dumping tax rate applied to each company.

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has issued a final conclusion on the third and final review of anti-dumping duties on warm water shrimp imported from China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam. For Vietnam, the DOC relied on national tax rates to determine whether dumping is likely to continue. It decided to maintain the order imposing anti-dumping duties on warm water shrimp from the four countries.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has issued Decision No. 1624/QD-BCT applying anti-dumping taxes on a number of welding products originating from Malaysia, Thailand, and China. The tax rate to be applied ranges from 11.43 to 36.56 per cent.
