The proportion of the digital economy in GDP is to reach 20 per cent, with the proportion of the digital economy in each industry and field to reach at least 10 per cent. By 2030, the construction of a digital government is to be completed.

The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has determined that providing online public services is a top priority in building e-government and the digital government. The ministry has completed the connection and integration of 355 of 518 online public services at Levels 3 and 4 on the National Public Service Portal, or 68.53 per cent. The ministry has set a target of, by 2025, 80 per cent of administrative procedures being processed entirely online.
