Vietnam Post introduces VietnamPostPay e-payment platform
Vietnam Post has launched an e-payment platform called VietnamPostPay that is capable of connecting and interoperating with the banking switching system.
80% of population to have e-payment accounts by 2025
To develop the digital economy and a digital society it is necessary to develop digital infrastructure, digital data, digital IDs, digital payments, digital skills, and digital human resources. By 2025, it is expected that 80 per cent of the population will have an e-payment account and the e-commerce payment rate will reach 50 per cent.
