The Kim Thai Industrial Cluster in the northern province will focus on environmentally friendly sectors such as clean industry, supporting industries, and renewable energy.
The northern province prioritizes selecting high-tech projects, manufacturing and processing industries, high-quality services, research and innovation, emphasizing environmental friendliness criteria, commitment to technology transfer, and linkages with domestic enterprises.
The central province envisions becoming an international training hub, attracting students from neighboring countries like Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
The program also aims to attract foreign investment into the environmental industry, progressing towards the export of certain advantageous environmental industrial technologies, equipment, and products.
Both parties will collaborate across several key areas, including sustainable urban development, modern infrastructure, environmentally friendly industries, among others.
Industry remains a key pillar of the northern province's economic growth, with top priority given to developing green industrial clusters and eco-friendly craft village clusters.
