A trial version of the system is scheduled to launch on December 15, with integration and data synchronization with the National Data Center set to begin from December 20.
Operating as an off-budget, non-profit state financial fund, the National Data Development Fund will be directly managed by the Ministry of Public Security.
The project aims to ensure that by 2030, all district-level land-use planning databases and regional construction planning databases are collected and developed using GIS technology.
