Construction of HCMC’s Ring Road 3 to start mid-2023

Ho Chi Minh City’s Ring Road No. 3 project is more than 76 km long with total investment of more than VND75 trillion ($3.21 billion), making it the biggest infrastructure project ever in Vietnam’s south. The city will focus all resources on starting the project in mid-2023, with completion after three years of construction.
