Transport ministry keeping eye on disbursement target

The Ministry of Transport needs to disburse more than VND28 trillion ($1.18 billion) from now to the end of the year. It has asked project management boards and investors with low disbursement results to propose solutions to boost progress. As of the end of August, the ministry had disbursed more than VND22 trillion ($925.92 million) this year, or 44.1 per cent of the plan, which is higher than the average of other units.
