The first project involves part of the National Highway 91, stretching from the Thot Not bypass to the Lo Te - Rach Soi intersection, with a length of approximately 5.3 kilometers. The proposed investment capital for this project is estimated at VND2.2 trillion ($83.6 million).
The second project is the access road to the Vinh Thanh Industrial Park (phase 2).
