VietFood & Beverage expo opens in Hanoi

Some 250 domestic and foreign businesses are displaying their products at the 8th VietFood, Beverage, and Professional Packing Machines (VietFood & Beverage - ProPack Vietnam 2023) expo that opened in Hanoi on November 8, the “Hanoi Moi” (New Hanoi) online newspaper has reported.

Businesses come from ten countries and territories, including India, Canada, Taiwan (China), South Korea, Norway, Japan, China, and Vietnam.

On 5,000 sq m, the four-day event features 300 booths introducing 8,000 brands, focusing on food and beverages, nutritional food, functional food, food additives, packaging, and food producing and processing equipment.

The expo presents opportunities for participants to meet and seek business and investment cooperation and helps promote food and beverage exports.

It also offer the chance for businesses and visitors to stay abreast of the latest trends in products and technologies in the food and beverage industry.

Seminars and business matching events will also be held within the framework of the expo, to enhance knowledge about standards, production processes, and challenges in the management and development of production and supply chains.

The expo is expected to welcome over 8,000 visitors.
