The Vietnam Golden Book of Innovation 2023, which honors individuals and organizations for their contributions to scientific and technological development, was launched in Hanoi on December 6.
The annual publication gathers 79 innovative projects and solutions in a range of fields that have been applied effectively and made important contributions to socio-economic development.
They cover fields such as energy, automation, new materials, information technology, electronics, telecommunications, healthcare, education and training, and agriculture.
The launch of the book aims to recognize and praise individuals and organizations for their contributions to scientific and technological activities as well as to promote innovative projects and bring them to life, according to Vice Chairwoman and General Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha.
Vietnam’s scientific and technological potential has improved in recent years, particularly in technological innovation, helping to bridge the gap between Vietnam and other countries in the region in terms of global innovation competitiveness, Ms. Ha said in her address at the launch ceremony.
