Vietnam and Laos have agreed to encourage and create conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to invest in Laos in the field of agriculture.
This is part of efforts to promote agricultural cooperation between the two countries during the 2023-2025 period as discussed by Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Le Minh Hoan and Lao Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Phet Phomphiphak during their meeting in the Lao capital Vientiane.
