After one year of enforcing the 2024 Land Law, the legal policies on land have been carried out synchronously, achieving positive results, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh told a conference on July 10 to review the implementation of the law and related policies.

The forecast was made following the strong economic performance of the country in the second quarter.

At the third meeting of the steering committee for national key railway projects held on July 9, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested to simultaneously organize the groundbreaking ceremony of land clearance projects for the North-South high-speed railway and the Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong railway on August 19, 2025.

The July 8 forum provides a platform for government agencies, business community and experts to contribute ideas to help Vietnam realize its target of rapid and sustainable growth.

Leaders of the two countries reached the agreement during their meeting on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit in Brazil.

Delivering his remarks at the high-level discussion on “Strengthening Multilateralism, Economic–Financial Issues, and Artificial Intelligence” at the expanded BRICS summit 2025 held in Rio de Janeiro on July 6 (local time), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh underlined the increasing role and contributions of the Global South in shaping global governance.
