The Kim Thai Industrial Cluster, spanning over 69 ha with a total investment of nearly VND900 billion (approximately $34 million), recently broke ground in Vu Ban Commune of northern Vietnam's Ninh Binh provinve.
The project is expected to create jobs for over 5,000 workers.
The project's objective is to build a synchronized, modern technical infrastructure, with transportation, electricity, water supply and drainage services, meeting requirements for environmental protection. This aims to create a favorable foundation to attract both domestic and international investors.
According to its orientation, the Kim Thai Industrial Cluster will focus on developing environmentally friendly sectors such as clean industry, supporting industries, and renewable energy. This development model not only aligns with general trends but also demonstrates the locality's determination to shift its economic structure towards green and sustainable development.
Within the framework of the groundbreaking ceremony on October 10, delegates witnessed the signing of land lease contracts and cooperation agreements between the investor and strategic partners.
