Authorities in north-central Thanh Hoa province have given the go-ahead to a project building a commercial complex in the provincial capital Thanh Hoa with total investment capital of over VND110 billion ($4.34 million).

The project covers an area of nearly 9,500 sq m in Lam Son ward and will feature accommodation and food and trade centers.

The Thanh Hoa Garments Joint Stock Company, the project’s investor, was asked to complete related procedures and dossiers within 12 months to lease land to implement the project in line with regulations.

Authorities instructed the provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment to guide the investor on completing procedures to lease land and change the purpose of land use to commercial and services, and on completing procedures relating to environmental protection.
