CapitaLand Development unveils The Senique Hanoi

The Senique Hanoi, a 2,150-unit high-end residential project in the east of Hanoi, was recently unveiled by CapitaLand Development following the strong demand for its Lumi Hanoi projects.

CapitaLand Development (CLD) is moving forward with the development of The Senique Hanoi, a high-end residential project in the east of Hanoi, with an expected total development value exceeding S$600 million ($455 million). The project follows the successful launch of Lumi Hanoi’s Phase 1 and Phase 2, where over 3,100 units - approximately 97 per cent of the available 3,200 units - were reserved.

The Senique Hanoi and Lumi Hanoi are part of CLD’s broader plan to add 11,000 residential units over the next five years, aiming to reach 27,000 units in Vietnam by 2028. With these two projects, CLD’s portfolio in Vietnam now includes over 18,000 homes across 18 developments.

Alongside Lumi Hanoi, CLD saw positive results during the exclusive previews of Sycamore in Binh Duong New City in southern Binh Duong province, with over 70 per cent of The Orchard, the development’s first gated community residence, successfully sold. CLD is also progressing well with its other construction projects. The 173-unit Heritage West Lake, CLD’s first luxury residential development in Hanoi, is on track to begin handover to homeowners in September.

The Senique Hanoi, spanning approximately 2.1 ha, is set to begin construction in the third quarter of 2024, with completion scheduled for 2027. The development is conveniently located near the Hanoi-Hai Phong Highway, within a 30-minute drive of the CBD and 40 minutes of Noi Bai International Airport. Its connectivity will be further enhanced with the upcoming Metro Line No. 1 and Metro Line No. 8. The Senique Hanoi is also close to various amenities in Ocean City, including an artificial saltwater lagoon, a freshwater lake, green parks, themed attractions, international schools, VinUniversity, shopping malls, and medical centers.

The project will feature approximately 2,150 units across three 37-story towers, developed in two phases. Homebuyers can choose from a variety of unit types, ranging from one-bedroom units starting at 42 sq m to four-bedroom units measuring up to 186 sq m. The development will also include duplex units and penthouses ranging from 118 to 430 sq m. Notably, The Senique Hanoi will be the first development in the east of Hanoi to offer universal bathrooms designed for safety and aging in place, available in larger two-bedroom units (starting from 80 sq m) as well as in three- and four-bedroom units.
