The Ministry of Construction will examine real estate development in south-central Phu Yen, northern Phu Tho and Ha Nam, and southern Ba Ria-Vung Tau provinces.

Its examination will focus on the implementation of housing development plans and land allocation and capital allocation for commercial and social housing projects.

Regarding commercial housing, the ministry will inspect the management and development of commercial housing projects to ensure they follow the Law on Housing and investment regulations.

In social housing, the ministry will examine the implementation of a government project on building at least 1 million social houses for low-income earners and workers at industrial parks in the 2021-2030 period.

The implementation of the VND120 trillion ($5 billion) credit package for the development of social housing projects will also be examined.
