A ceremony was held on August 28 to launch the Bac Hoa Khanh Social Housing Project, commercially known as Ori Hoa Khanh, in Hoa Khanh Ward in central Da Nang city.
The project is located on Nguyen Chi Trung Street in the Hoa Son 6 resettlement area, covering approximately 1.4 hectares. It will comprise three 20-storey apartment buildings and one shared basement, providing a total of 963 apartments ranging from 40 to 70 sq.m each.
The project has an estimated total investment of VND1.3 trillion (about $49 million).
The development is expected to complete the necessary legal and administrative procedures to become eligible for sales in the first quarter of 2027. The project is expected to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2028.
