The Da Nang City People’s Committee has approved planning for an airport urban area at a scale of 1/2000.
The urban area covers 1,326 ha in the central city’s Hai Chau, Thanh Khe, and Cam Le districts.
It will consist of two key zones, including Da Nang International Airport and an urban zone.
Its total population is estimated to reach 77,000 by 2030.
