The Department of Finance of Da Nang city in central Vietnam has announced that it is currently seeking investors for the Hoa Nhon Dry Port and Logistics Center construction project.

The project is planned to be developed on an area of 23.4-ha in Ba Na commune.

The project's objective is to invest in building a modern dry port combined with a logistics center, serving the transportation and circulation of goods for functional areas within the city and surrounding regions.

This project will also play a crucial role in connecting with the Central Key Economic Region and the East-West Economic Corridor, thereby contributing to Da Nang's socio-economic development.

Upon completion, the project will provide comprehensive logistics services such as: a distribution center, multimodal freight loading, unloading, and transportation for industrial parks and seaports in the central region; warehousing and storage services; customs clearance services, along with many other supporting services.

Project funding will be mobilized from the investor's equity contribution and other legal capital sources. The operational period is set for 50 years.

The selection of investors will be carried out through the simultaneous approval of investment policy and investor, without land use rights auctions or bidding.
