The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs launched the first online job transaction floor connecting Vietnam’s 63 cities and provinces on March 23, to guarantee unity in the labor market around the country.
Pilot implementation revealed that the system basically meets the demand of job service centers in linking businesses and jobseekers.
It also provides a platform for job service centers to review each job transaction session and manage links between businesses and workers.
As a pioneering agency in implementing the model, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Job Service Center Vu Quang Thanh said the system will help improve the efficiency of online job transactions amid as digital transformation takes hold.
The system is expected to help flexibly and comprehensively connect labor markets around the country, according to Director of the Employment Department at the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Vu Trong Binh.
It will also gradually be used to collect and build a job data center, assisting job market forecasts from different angles, he said.
