Four IPs in Ha Nam province added to national master plan

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai has given the green light to a Ministry of Planning and Investment proposal to add four industrial parks (IPs) in northern Ha Nam province to the country’s master plan for the development of IPs.

They include Dong Van V IP, on 250 hectares, Dong Van VI IP on 250 hectares, Kim Bang I IP on 230 hectares, and Chau Giang I IP on 210 hectares.

The Deputy Prime Minister asked that preparations for investment projects in developing infrastructure at IPs ensure investment attraction and land use efficiency, with priority given to the development of new IP models.

The development of IPs needs to be in harmony with the general structure and development of Ha Nam province in order to maximize resources for sustainable socio-economic growth and environmental protection, Deputy Prime Minister Khai said.

Solutions are also needed to attract investment to IPs, especially those in high-tech, support industries, and innovation.
